Frank "Rat Bastard" Falestra

Producer/Noise Artist Rat Bastard runs Dan Hosker Studio in Miami Beach and is the founder of the INC (International Noise Conference), a yearly weeklong event held in Miami that gathers artists and noise acts from around the world. His band "Scraping Teeth" was once voted the "Worst Band In America" by Spin Magazine.
