Musician

Robbie Gennet is a multi-instrumentalist artist and songwriter from Los Angeles, CA. He's written and released his own music over the years, culminating in a most ambitious project releasing ten original albums in 2025 with accompanying live full band performances. His award-winning videos for THE CAMERA’S ON and COME DOWN can be seen on YouTube. From his imaginative piano explorations to rock and funk, jazz and pop, Robbie Gennet is a musical chameleon who absolutely defies categorization.

Robbie’s creativity has been honed on many instruments across many stages and studios, beginning in his native Florida and continuing in California, where he’s spent most of his adult life. Once Robbie made the move to Los Angeles, he began quickly making a name for himself as a sought-after session and touring musician. Though known primarily as a pianist, he is also an accomplished guitarist and bassist, playing and touring with luminaries such as Mike McCready (Pearl Jam), Robby Krieger (The Doors), Wayne Kramer (MC5), Stefan Lessard (Dave Matthews Band), Paul Barrere and Kenny Gradney (Little Feet), Phil Chen (Jeff Beck, Rod Stewart) and more. He played keys and sang harmony vocals for the late Lisa Marie Presley, including performing inside Graceland, a rare treat. Other impressive musical stints include working in studio and onstage with artists such as Nick Lachey, Eric Dover (Jellyfish, Slash’s Snakepit, Sextus), Dada, Everclear, Alan Parsons, Marc Ford (Black Crowes), Saigon Kick and 7 Mary 3.
